I forgot a recipient, can I add it to a project I already have? Adding recipients to an existing project

Yes. Simply navigate to the “Store” module, and select “Projects”. Locate the project that you wish to add a single recipient to, and select “Add Recipient”. If your account does not have enough credits to cover the list you choose to import, SimpleCert® will indicate how many additional credits you need and automatically direct you to your current plan within your account settings. When importing recipient data via Excel, what if I have more Data Fields on a Certificate Template than I do in a list I want to upload? And Vice Versa?

Simple Cert will require that you provide a mapping designation for every Data Field that you have listed on a Certificate Template. If your certificate has mapping fields that you no longer intend to use, simply edit your CertificateTemplate to remove those unwanted Data Fields. Why can’t I change my sender e-mail address?

Currently, to comply with regulations on email usages and delivery as per the United States CAN-SPAM, Canada Anti-Spam Legislation, and European Union GDPR regulations, SimpleCert® will automatically assign a sender email address to your account when you subscribe.
