The Certificate Builder is designed to create your Certificate template only, and not to create individual certificates. This is why you are unable to update the name fields that are on your template. Once you have completed your template, you are then able to import merge field data from the Send Module, to actually create
Absolutely. Within the Build module simply choose the “Blank – Custom Certificate” template. Once you have selected this template, click “Change Background” to upload your existing certificate design as a background.
