Why are my recipients seeing an error that their certificate is “no longer available”?

If you have deleted a project but have already sent out emails to recipients when they click on their download lin “Download Certificate” link, the will receive the following message:
“The certificate that you are trying to access is no longer available. Please contact your SimpleCert administrator for assistance. If you do not know who your SimpleCert administrator is, please contact support@simplecert.net . Thank you.”

We advise when you create a new project that the email contains an updated link to their certificate. You can also resend their updated certificate.

SimpleCert Project has been deleted
