The preferred browser when using SimpleCert® is Chrome. However, Mozilla and Internet Explorer are also compatible. Please be sure to check back to this FAQ periodically for any updates on browser compatibility. As browser updates are released, we do our best to ensure compatibility, but as is normal with all web based software, some updates may need to be made to ensure that compatibility.
