How do I change the footer?

Per email laws, we have to leave the footer intact if we are sending the emails. If you would like to use your own SMTP server to send the emails, you can change the credentials in your account settings. You then control your own footer.

Once you choose “Use other SMTP Server to Send Emails” you will be asked to sign-in with credentials. You will also be asked to “Test connection”. If a successful connection has been made and email confirming this will be sent to the admin email on file.

You may also update the footer.

Please be aware that the email history (including devliverability status) will not longer be available through the platform as the emails are now sending through a different SMTP. Please make sure this SMTP is allowed to send email from a 3rd party application.
