If you have deleted a project but have already sent out emails to recipients when they click on their download lin “Download Certificate” link, the will receive the following message:
“The certificate that you are trying to access is no longer available. Please contact your SimpleCert® administrator for assistance. If you do not know who your SimpleCert® administrator is, please contact support@simplecert.net . Thank you.”
We advise when you create a new project that the email contains an updated link to their certificate. You can also resend their updated certificate.
