{"id":7369,"date":"2020-04-13T09:13:47","date_gmt":"2020-04-13T16:13:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/simplecert.net\/help\/?p=7369"},"modified":"2025-01-31T14:30:13","modified_gmt":"2025-01-31T22:30:13","slug":"how-do-i-know-if-recipients-received-their-certificate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/simplecert.net\/help\/how-do-i-know-if-recipients-received-their-certificate\/","title":{"rendered":"How do I know if recipients received their certificate?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Email history, undeliverables reports, and individual recipient email history is all available for you within the Store module of your account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE:\u00a0 <\/strong>Email history will only be available for accounts that are using SimpleCert&#8217;s integrated email server.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>To access Project and undeliverable reports, click into the Store area of your account and then select &#8220;Email History&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>This shows project and sent statuses such as how many emails were sent, and if you have emails that did not go out (email undeliverables)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simplecert.net\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Email-History.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-7953\" src=\"https:\/\/simplecert.net\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Email-History-300x275.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"408\" height=\"374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/simplecert.net\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Email-History-300x275.png 300w, https:\/\/simplecert.net\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Email-History.png 720w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 408px) 100vw, 408px\" \/><\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have undeliverables listed from a project, click on the project name and then scroll to find any errors and the reason for the error reason. You can also export this information.<\/li>\n<li>If you need to update an email address &#8211; check <a href=\"http:\/\/simplecert.net\/help\/recipient-email-address-needs-to-be-updated\/\">here<\/a> for a help article on the topic.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">*IMPORTANT* &#8211; if you are using your own SMTP server to send emails the above information will not be available. Please check your SMTP activity for further information.\n<p>When you send a Project, you can also see if your recipients have accessed their certificates.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to your STORE module and click on Projects.
